This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of orders placed with KAYUH PRO SDN. BHD 202601034221 (1696316-D) and the refund of sums paid in respect of an order so cancelled. It applies to every Customer of the Company.
Cancellation Timeframe
The following limits apply to any cancellation.
Standard window – an order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, whereupon a full refund is due.
Processing limit – after 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible where the order has already been processed or shipped.
Procedure for Requesting Cancellation
A request proceeds in the following order.
Notification – the Customer contacts the customer service team immediately and states the Order Number.
Verification – the support team establishes the status of that order.
Determination – the support team confirms whether the order remains eligible for cancellation.
Refund of Approved Cancellations
Where a cancellation has been approved, the following applies.
Method – the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Period – a period of 7–14 business days should be allowed for the refund to be processed and to be reflected in the account of the Customer.
