Those instruments shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Malaysia, and the conflict of law provisions of that jurisdiction shall not apply. By accessing or using the website and the services offered upon it, the Customer accepts the provisions set out below.
Exclusive Jurisdiction
Disputes are determined in one forum alone.
Scope – any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this website, to any transaction made upon it, or to the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms.
Forum – every such matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Territorial Application
The site is directed at one jurisdiction and asserts nothing beyond it.
No representation – no representation is made as to the appropriateness, or the availability, in any other location, of the materials, products or services offered upon this site.
Local compliance – a Customer accessing this site from outside Malaysia bears responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
